Honey Cheese Swiss Roll
Ingredient A:
125g softened cream cheese
30g softened unsalted butter
80g dairy whipping cream
Ingredient B:
40g plain flour
3 egg yolk
Ingredients C:
4 egg white
60g caster sugar
1/4tsp cream of tartar
Honey cheese filling (mix well):
125g softened cream cheese
70g softened unsalted butter
40g honey
Method:
a) Double boil ingredients A and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
b) Add in plain flour and mix well. Then add in egg yolk one at a time and mix well. Set aside.
c) Beat ingredients C in a clean mixing bowl until white and stiff.
d) Spoon 1/3 of egg white mixture and mix well with cheese mixture. Then add in the remaining egg white mixture and mix well.
e) Pour batter onto a lined 12``/30cm square baking tray and bake at 170`c for 15 minute or until cooked. Remove and leave to cool.
f) Spread honey cheese filling onto the cool cake and roll up neatly.
g) Wrap up the cake with paper and chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
